I am writing to you regarding your <brand of bottle water>. I am hoping that you will include in the label of your bottle the level of sulfite, and in the case where the level exceeds 10 part per million, you will include a warning on the label.
I am making this request because I am allergic to sulfites. If I consume more than a minute amount of this chemical, I will suffer severe allergic reaction including <list of allergic reactions such as skin rash, breathing difficulties>. It is very important to me to avoid this allergen as much as possible.
I would also appreciate that you will minimize the use of sulfite in any future product design. Thank you for your consideration.
